Hiring: Special Education Teacher 

Are you an exceptional Special Education Teacher who is passionate about empowering students with diverse needs? Soliant is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team near Elkhart, Indiana for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the unique needs of students with disabilities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
• Create engaging lesson plans and utilize innovative instructional strategies to promote student growth and development
• Collaborate closely with parents, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure a collaborative and effective educational experience for each student
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and making necessary adjustments to instructional approaches
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Indiana state teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and evidence-based instructional practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
