Significant opportunity for a Special Education Teacher near the Corte Madera, CA area for permanent hire, beginning in the 22-23 school year. This position is full-time, and entails a caseload of Elementary students up to the 3rd Grade. Disabilities involved are mild/moderate. Duties will include instruction of modified curriculum, progress reporting, and classroom management. There approximately 5-7 students in the classroom. 1:1 support is available for students who require that need, and there will be an instructional assistant in the classroom. Pay is negotiable based on experience and credentials. This is a very supportive district, and will interview expeditiously. Applicants should have valid licensing and certification in the state of California.
