Procare Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time Special Education Teacher to work with 6th - 12th grade caseloads for the remainder of the school year in Mendota Heights, MN area. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students with special needs, designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with other teachers and support staff to ensure student success.

This is a contract position and the pay range is between $30-40 an hour based on experience, credentials, and budget. The selected candidate may also be considered for the 2023-2024 school year.


  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs
  • Design and implement instructional strategies and materials that align with student goals and objectives
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure student success
  • Monitor and report on student progress


  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Active Special Education teaching license in Minnesota
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies
