Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid Alabama Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
- At least 2 years of experience working with students with special needs preferred.
- Knowledge of various instructional strategies, behavioral management techniques, and assistive technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
