Interview Process:
Step 1: Initial Screening Call
A quick 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy representative to assess your fit for the position.
Step 2: In-Depth Zoom Interviews
If you pass the screening, you'll be invited to a 30-minute Zoom interview with a school district representative.
Step 3: Decision and Offer
Expect a response from ProCare Therapy within 24-48 hours of your Zoom interview. If selected, you'll receive an official offer outlining the employment terms.
Step 4: Interview Preparation
ProCare Therapy will provide you with an interview prep sheet to help you prepare and make a positive impression
