Special Education Teacher
ProCare Therapy, a leading staffing agency in the education field since 1997, is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team at one of our trusted schools in Milwaukee, WI. In this position, you will work closely with students, and parents to provide essential educational services within a school environment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, helping them reach their full potential.
Pay & Benefits:

Job Details:
- Assess students' skills and determine their educational needs.
- Adapt general lessons to meet students' needs.
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
- Plan activities that are specific to each student's abilities.
- Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one.

Qualifications:
- Special education certification required.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Interview Process:
- (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
