Employment Type: Contracted by Procare Therapy for the 2023-2024 School Year
Hours: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly

Job Description: Procare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Rochester, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and district policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Minnesota Special Education teaching license
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
