Responsibilities:

  4. Monitor Progress: Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress, analyze data, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to meet student needs.
  5. Foster Partnerships: Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders through open communication and collaboration, fostering a supportive and united team in the best interest of student success.
  6. Stay Current: Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in special education, integrating innovative approaches to support student learning and development.
  7. Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as school policies and procedures, ensuring the provision of a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Passion: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred), with a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  2. California Credentials: Possession of a valid California teaching credential with specialization in Special Education.
  3. Experience and Expertise: Demonstrated success working with students with disabilities, along with a strong understanding of best practices in special education instruction and intervention.
  4. Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community members.
  5. Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and respond to changing circumstances with creativity and resilience.
  6. Commitment to Excellence: Dedication to providing high-quality instruction and support to all students, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
