ProCare Therapy is seeking a Student Education Teacher to teach in a profound classroom to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full time position working with middle school students in GFardner, Massachusetts.

- 7-8 students in total
- Moderate caseload

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to varying learning styles and abilities.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and resources to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to education.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Certification for Special Education in Massachusetts.
- Committed to continuous learning and seeks opportunities for professional growth.
- Ability to remain patient and calm, especially when working with students who may face challenges.
