Mod/Severe Special Education Teacher Hiring Full-Time

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a contract position located near Westwood, Massachusetts. This is an excellent school district with lots of support with wonderful colleagues and students. 

Job Type:

• Full time: 37.5- 40 hours per week
• High School caseload
• In person
• 22/23 school year

Qualifications:

• Requires at least a Bachelor's in Education
• Need to have prior Special Education school-based experience 
• Moderate to Severe/Instensive SPED license for Massachusetts
• This candidate does NOT have to be bilingual. All are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a classroom of students between 9th-12th grade
• Create lesson plans and implement them with class
• Attend IEP meetings and give input on IEP goals and progress
• Keep progress reports on students
• Work with paraprofessionals in class
