Now Hiring: Special Education Teacher - Grand Blanc, Michigan

Bilingual Therapies has partnered with a school district near Grand Blanc, Michigan to hire a special education teacher for a current full-time opening. In this role you will work with K-12 students an estimated 37.5 hrs/week. Hiring decisions will be made ASAP for the rest of the current school year.

Responsibilities:

• Direct services and consultation
• Caseload- mostly self-contained classrooms
• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or teaching students with special needs
• Michigan Teacher Certificate with Learning Disabilities acceptable, but prefer “Emotional Impairment endorsement” (EI) & "Cognitively Impaired" (CI) or MDE endorsement ZA (Early Childhood) and 1 other area of Special Education
• Learning Disabilities Endorsement (LD), including EI & CI endorsements are acceptable
