Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Background in providing school-based behavioral support, BCBA, or related experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to support student success
- Implement data-driven behavior interventions across K-12 settings
- Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and staff
- Offer coaching and training to educators on behavior management strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and promote a positive school climate
- Travel between multiple school districts as an itinerant specialist
