Special Education School Teacher Summer Opportunity – Long Lake, IL
A school district in the Long Lake, IL is seeking a Special Education School Teacher to fill an open part-time need. This district needs someone who can start early June and fulfill and summertime caseload. Jump right in and lead their students with quality aids and services for the summer months with an opportunity to return for the full 23/24 school year. Work with a school district that supports its teachers and students!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in general education or related fields
  • Must have a valid IL Special Education License (LBS I or LBS II)
  • Must have IL PEL Certification
  • Previous Special Education Teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Pass a Drug screening and background check.

Job Specifics:

  • Part-time, onsite Monday – Thursday, 20hrs/wk, Mornings only
  • Caseload, mild to moderate, K-8th grade.
  • Further caseload details will be discussed in interview and placement will be based off experience.
