ProCare Therapy is working closely with a School District in Phoenix, Arizona to fill an opening for a full-time Special Education Teacher. Job Details:

• Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)
• Located in Phoenix, AZ
• K - 8th Caseloads Available
  • Self-Contained Classroom Assignments
  • Resource Teacher Assignments

Qualifications:

• Special Education Teacher Credentials in the State of Arizona
• Minimum Masters Degree in Special Education or related field
• Previous Classroom Experience Preferred

Job Duties:

• Assisting with Curriculum Development and Instruction
• Adapting and executing a rigorous curriculum
• Using data to inform instructional decisions
• Providing students with daily feedback on the status of their academic performance
• Working to ensure that any IEPs or Student Needs are met within and outside of the classroom
• Developing positive relationships with the students, their families, and the other teachers on staff
• Helping to build and maintain the positive School and Classroom Culture held within this particular school district
• Having fun and spreading joy to every child you come in contact with!
