Join Our Mission

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for the second semester. As a Special Education Teacher at ProCare Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive academic and behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs. Your expertise and commitment to individualized instruction will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with each student's unique learning needs
  • Provide engaging and differentiated instruction that promotes academic growth and social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, and general education teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress, assess data, and make data-driven instructional decisions
  • Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor that fosters a supportive and inclusive classroom

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching license for Special Education
  • Minimum of two years of experience teaching students with special needs
  • Strong understanding of special education principles and practices
  • Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Experience collaborating with therapists, families, and general education teachers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
