ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full-Time School Special Education Teacher for the 2023/2024 school year in Groveton, New Hampshire. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to identify appropriate teaching strategies and accommodations.
• Provide direct instruction and support in various academic and functional areas.
• Collaborate with other members of the school team, including general education teachers, therapists, and parents, to ensure student success.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjust instructional strategies as needed, and document student performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required by the school and district.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teaching certification.
• Experience working with students with a wide range of disabilities.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
