Responsibilities:
-Developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for students with special needs
-Providing direct instruction and support to students with disabilities
-Working collaboratively with school staff and families to develop appropriate educational plans
-Utilizing evidence-based instructional strategies to support student learning
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on student progress

Requirements:
-Master's degree in Special Education or related field
-Active Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education
-Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
