Job Summary:
We are seeking four dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers (SPED) to join our team for the upcoming school year. As a SPED Teacher, you will be responsible for providing support and instruction to students with special needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents, classroom teachers, and other school staff.
- Provide direct instruction to students with special needs in a variety of settings, including individual and small group settings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field.
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SPED Teacher, preferably in an elementary or middle school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
