Special Education Teacher (SPED) | Middletown, CA 

ProCare has a contracted Special Education teaching in a school in Middletown, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing, monitoring, and providing updates on student IEP
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to meet the unique needs of each student
• Assess and evaluate student progress, and modify instruction as needed
• Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training, and staff development opportunities
• Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and attendance

Job Details

• 10-15 elementary aged students
• Resource teacher
• Floating position

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• California state certification as a special education teacher
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
