Special Education Teacher - Warren, Michigan
Soliant Health has partnered up with a School District near Warren, Michigan and are seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher. The SPED teacher will have the opportunity to provide services for the school year.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Special Education
- Licensed/Certified as a SPED in the State of MI
- School Experience - At least 3 months or more in a school setting as a Special Education Teacher
Job Details:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Part-Time (must be flexible with the school’s needs)
- PreK- High School Caseload
- Mild, Moderate, and Severe
- K-12th grade
Job Description:
- To serve as an active member on the IEP team for students.
- Special Education assessments and testing.
- Maintain close communication with mainstream teachers and other service providers, keeping them fully informed of student progress.
