We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team near Dry Lake, Montana for the 23/24 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with disabilities and helping them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and success
• Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Monitor and document student progress, and adjust instruction as necessary
• Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Montana State Teaching Certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
