Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour, based on experience

Are you an experienced Special Education Teacher ready to make a difference in students' lives? We are hiring in Ashburn, VA, for a compassionate and skilled educator to support students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver instruction tailored to students with special needs using evidence-based strategies like multisensory learning and repetition.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to optimize student success.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and social growth.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and educational plans.
- Support behavioral development through positive reinforcement and classroom management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
