- Flexibility to transition between classrooms and programs as needs arise
Preferred Experience:
- Background supporting students with Autism, Emotional Support needs, or Multiple Disabilities
- Expertise in Behavioral Health
- Experience in intermediate units (IU) or specialized school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support in various specialized classroom environments, responding quickly to changing needs
- Adapt teaching methods to address academic, behavioral, and developmental needs of students
- Maintain compliance with IEP requirements and document progress
