Openings:
- Full-time Learning Services position at a middle school, beginning September 23rd for a 7-week duration, working with a mild-to-moderate caseload.
- Flexible assignment split between Significant Support Needs (SSN) and Learning Specialist roles at another middle school. Start date is as soon as possible, continuing to Winter Break, with potential extension through year-end. Options include covering only the SSN caseload (.5FTE) or serving as a full-time Learning Specialist.

What You’ll Bring:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Teacher License with Special Education Generalist endorsement (Ages 5-21)
- Experience supporting students with a variety of learning needs, including significant cognitive and communicative disabilities (for SSN)
- Ability to adapt to a variety of school environments and work collaboratively with existing teams
- Flexibility to travel between one or two school sites if needed
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support for students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to fit unique learner profiles
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student success and growth
- Maintain accurate and timely educational records and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a fingerprint-based background check in accordance with school district procedures
- Submission of recent professional references prior to interview
