Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to students’ unique needs
- Deliver differentiated instruction and behavioral supports for students diagnosed with Autism
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
- Maintain organized, accurate student records and progress reports
- Engage in ongoing professional development and case conferences as required
- Support students in achieving both academic and social-emotional goals
