Requirements:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification for NH (or eligibility)
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably with intensive needs or life skills programs
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and case management
- Comfort serving a small caseload (currently just 3 students) in grades 5/6
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork
- Full-time availability, 35–37.5 hours per week through June 2027
- Flexibility and adaptability in new settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, specialized instruction and support for 5th/6th-grade students with intensive needs
- Serve as case manager: coordinate IEP meetings, maintain compliance, track progress
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and related service providers
