Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Michigan Special Education Certification (required)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to elementary students on your caseload in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Develop, implement, and track individualized lesson plans and progress goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and team members
- Employ evidence-based strategies and differentiated instruction to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by state and district guidelines
- Create a classroom atmosphere that cultivates respect, pride, and a love of learning
