Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and data-driven instruction
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Experience with behavioral interventions is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction in a self-contained K-2nd grade classroom tailored for students with autism
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
