In this full-time position, you’ll serve as a SpEd Case Manager at the middle school level, specifically focusing on 8th-grade students. Your expertise will make a direct difference for a diverse caseload of approximately 20-30 students, primarily those with Autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with another case manager and a dedicated team of paraprofessionals for students requiring additional support.
Qualifications
- NH Special Education license with 1900 Teaching Endorsement preferred (or eligible for a letter of eligibility based on qualifying coursework)
- Previous experience in a school-based special education role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of managing IEPs and adapting instruction to individualized needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to foster inclusive, positive learning environments
