Special Education Teacher - Calabasas, California

Qualifications:
- Current, active California mild/moderate Special Education credentials (required)
- Prior experience working with mild/moderate elementary students in a special education setting highly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with general education teachers, school staff, and families
- Flexible, organized, and capable of managing itinerant assignments across multiple locations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate instructional strategies and interventions
- Provide direct instruction and classroom support to students across two school locations
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed
- Foster positive relationships with students and families to ensure educational success
