Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching credential for Special Education in the state

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with fellow educators, specialists, and families
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student independence and success
- Maintain required documentation in accordance with school and state expectations
- Serve as an advocate for students’ needs within both classroom and schoolwide settings
