Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted special education support in language arts, math, and behavioral skills within resource rooms and general education classrooms
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers and allied professionals
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure consistent support between home and school
- Utilize data to inform instructional decisions and promote student progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Access ongoing support and guidance from multiple resource teachers
