Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education

- Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt materials to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Deliver engaging, tailored instruction in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, families, and related service providers
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students
