Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Hold a valid Illinois LBS1 Certification
- Previous experience in special education settings is highly advantageous
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with support staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver differentiated instruction in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings based on program details
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to encourage academic and social-emotional growth
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting regularly
- Collaborate with other educators and support personnel to cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Engage families in student learning and communicate effectively regarding progress and goals
