Qualifications:
- Must hold active Ohio licensure for Special Education.
- Prior experience working with high school or upper elementary (5th/6th grade) students preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to tailor lessons and strategies to diverse learners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and compliance procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct instruction and support tailored to each student’s needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with families and colleagues to support student success.
