Special Education Teacher - Clinton, Massachusetts

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Demonstrated experience working with students who have a range of disabilities
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs and adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
- Ability to work effectively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and administration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Develop and maintain IEPs, tracking progress and reporting on student goals
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom climate, adapting resources as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school staff about student progress
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
