Qualifications & Certifications:

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) appropriate to each student’s needs
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment alongside classroom paraprofessionals
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents, guardians, and staff
- Collaborate to support both academic and social/emotional growth of students
