Key Qualifications:
- Active Intervention Specialist License or Special Education (SPED) Certification
- Experience working with high-needs or self-contained populations is highly valued

- Dedication to collaborating with aides, school staff, and families for student success
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to your students’ unique needs
- Deliver engaging instruction in both academic and functional skill areas to promote growth and independence
- Work closely with classroom aides and allied professionals to ensure consistency and coverage throughout the day
- Monitor progress, collect data, and communicate updates to families and interdisciplinary teams
- Employ proactive behavior management techniques to maintain a positive, inclusive climate
- Attend meetings and professional development as required by the school
