- Comfort with either remote teaching platforms or onsite classroom environments

Your Role Will Include:
- Designing and delivering effective instruction for students with varying abilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote student success
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for growth
- Utilizing both technology and traditional teaching methodologies to engage students, whether working virtually or onsite
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and compliance initiatives
- Maintaining compliance with educational regulations and policies
