Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching licensure in Special Education (applicable to North Carolina)

- Ability to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and adapt curriculum as needed
- Creative problem-solver committed to student success and engagement
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor student progress through data collection, observation, and assessments to adjust teaching strategies
