Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Special Education certification (required)
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher and/or Case Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of Special Education processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver direct instruction to preschool students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to preschool students in special education programs
- Manage caseloads, ensuring accurate compliance with all State and Federal laws
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating effectively with educators and families
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students and families
- Maintain thorough, timely records and encourage an inclusive, nurturing environment
