Make a real impact as a Special Education Teacher, providing tailored Homebound support to a 3rd grade Life Skills student. This contract role starts as soon as possible and runs through ESY—with the option to continue for the upcoming full school year, August 2026 through May 2027. You’ll work onsite and dedicate 6 hours per week, with 4 hours focused on instruction and 2 hours allocated for compensatory services. Qualifications:
- Hold current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience supporting elementary students, preferably in Life Skills or Homebound settings
- Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction for diverse learning needs

- Comfortable with onsite instruction and travel within the local area
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction for a 3rd grade Homebound Life Skills student
- Provide both compensatory and instructional services as scheduled
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Collaborate with school teams, service coordinators, and caregivers
- Ensure that all instruction and reporting aligns with district and compliance standards
