- Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging special education instruction to high school students, with a focus on math content areas
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain necessary documentation for compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Provide ongoing academic and behavioral support tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals
