Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential or eligibility for Colorado certification
- Previous experience working with primary-age students preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with varied learning needs in a primary-age classroom
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to district and state guidelines
- Partner with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure continuity of learning and student success
- Utilize assessment data to track student progress, drive instructional decisions, and report on outcomes
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom climate where every child feels valued and safe
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of a diverse student population
