Special Education Teacher in Dorchester, MA

- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum at the high school level
- Experience with students exhibiting moderate behavioral challenges

- Skills in implementing individualized strategies and positive behavioral supports
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering ELA instruction aligned with students’ IEPs
- Partnering with your classroom co-teacher to ensure a consistent, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Collecting data on student progress and maintaining necessary records
- Communicating progress and strategies with support staff and families
