Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students in the Dover, New Hampshire area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Compensation starts at $40/hour for new graduates and increases based on experience, certifications, and assignment needs.
Position Responsibilities
As a Special Education Teacher, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals.
- Provide specialized instruction based on student abilities and learning needs.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational records.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, administrators, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Support classroom routines, behavior strategies, and student engagement.
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal special education requirements.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching certification or eligibility
- Ability to complete required district onboarding requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous school-based special education experience
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Experience supporting diverse student populations
- Knowledge of special education compliance requirements
