Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Michigan Special Education Teacher license (proof required upon application)
- Experience working with elementary or middle school students in a resource setting preferred

- Flexibility and initiative in fast-paced school environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to a resource caseload of approximately 10 elementary or 11 middle school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with general educators and support staff to create inclusive classroom experiences
- Track and document student progress, providing timely updates to families and teams
- Participate in student evaluations, team meetings, and professional development
- Maintain a supportive, structured, and positive classroom atmosphere
