Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide instruction and support tailored to students’ unique abilities and learning styles
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on progress and challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
