Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification required

- Previous work in charter schools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with varied learning abilities in primary grades
- Design and adapt lesson plans to follow IEP goals and state standards
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development
