You'll engage with a manageable caseload of 20 students, providing personalized support and collaborating with educators and families to help each child thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current educator certification in special education
- Proven experience working with K-8 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Creativity and adaptability to meet varied student needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students according to their IEPs
- Develop and modify curriculum and lesson plans as needed
- Work closely with general educators and support staff
- Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development
